2022 Entomological Society of America Meeting

Congratulations EIS students and other lab members for amazing talks and posters at the Entomological Society of America Meetings!! They were all wonderful, and several won prizes:

Raine Ikagawa (PhD program) was awarded first place in the student competition for her research talk in the Systematics, Evolution, & Biodiversity (SysEB) Section for her talk titled, “Beyond the blast: Establishing a phylogenetic framework of brachinine bombardier beetles.”

Mara Short (PhD program) won first place in the Grad MUVE: Behavior and Genetics poster symposium. Here is a link to all the 2022 EntSoc graduate student winners
